How many homes are planned for Jordanelle Ridge Towns?

Holmes Homes anticipates releasing 67 buildings in total — 15 in Phase 1 and 15 in Phase 2 — for a total of 90 townhomes in the community.

How long does it take to build a home?

Every lot and plan is different, but homes are generally completed within 6–11 months from the start of framing. Move-in ready homes are also available now.

What amenities are nearby?

Jordanelle Ridge is five minutes from Jordanelle State Park, where you can enjoy fishing, boating, sailing, over 30 miles of trails, and camping. The upcoming Mayflower Ski Resort is four minutes away, and Park City ski resorts are approximately 15 minutes away. Historic Heber and Midway are just a short drive for dining, blue-ribbon fly-fishing, the Midway Crater, and mountain biking.

What are the HOA dues and what do they cover?

HOA dues are $525/month, covering ground maintenance, common area maintenance and insurance, and snow removal for the community and driveways. There is also a one-time HOA reinvestment fee of $500 and a set-up fee of $150, both due at initial closing.
